In the second episode of Rome we focus on the most impressive works made for recreational and cultural purposes: from the Colosseum to the Circus Maximus, from the Stadium of Domitian to the Theatre of Marcellus, through the spa and the Odeon. Although they are famous structures all over the planet, however we were able to find little known information, thanks to which it is possible to frame these colossal works in a more precise context. An example: inside the Colosseum there were also real naval battles, thanks to the possibility that you had to completely flood the arena, confirmation of the considerable knowledge of hydraulics possessed.
