Vicenza and the Palladian Villas

Among the Italian wonders recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site, Vicenza has a role of great importance. And all thanks to the skills of architect Andrea Palladio. The city and the villas he designed, have both deserved the inscription in the register, showing the world the origin of all the neoclassical magnificence of many buildings scattered around the world, which are inevitably still inspired by Palladian models. In this content we will take a look at some of his works, we will appreciate the intuition to build villas that also served as real business management centers, with particular attention to the agricultural aspect.
